The council of the federation has decided to ask the Minister of Industries and Commerce (Mr Nordmeyer) to make a statement on the matter. Mr G. L. Ri?ey, secretary of the federation, said that in view of the fact that clothing coupons . were not included in the new ration books, traders and public alike were concerned to know what the actual position was.
