Russia Reject's Plan Far Korean Conference
(Rec. 11 a.m.) MOSCOW. Sept. 7. M. Molotov, in a note to the United States Secretary of State (Mr Marshall), rejected Mr Robert Lovett's proposal for a conference tomorrow' between the United States, Britain, Russia and China to discuss the independence of Korea.
