Menzies Again Liberal Leader
(1 p.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Mr R. G. Menzies has been unanimously re-elected leader of the Liberal Party. He offered his resignation because membership of the Parliamentary Liberal Party had changed with the defeat of Liberal Senators and the inclusion of two new senators from Queensland.
It is generally accepted that he is more solidly entrenched as leader of the Liberals than ever before.
