Royalty Appreciates Russell Red Cross
(Special) RUSSELL, This Day. Signed by Their Majesties the King and Queen a certificate acknowledging the good wartime work done by the Russell sub-centre of the Red Cross Society was presented' at the annual Russell RSA ball In the presence of a large the RSA president (Mr J. IVlcDonald) handed the certificate to a Society representative. An offer to have the certificate, which is to be hung in the public library, framed, was accepted.
