Police In Sydney Guardi Synagogue
(Rec. 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day The police are guarding the Great Synagogue in Sydney day and night after having received a warning tiiat a bomb would be placed in the building. An anonymous telephone caller told the police that the bomb was powerful enough to kill everyone in the building and it would be placed there during a special service by an antiJewish organisation.
