In the men’s doubles semi-final of the Kent lawn tennis championships, Sidwell .Australia) and McKenzie (N.Z.) defeated H. F. Walton and D. Bose. 6—3 s. 6—2. The Indians, G. Maliommed and I. K. Ahmed, defeated Barry and Robson, 4—6, 6 —4, 6 —2. A field of 45 headed by the defending champion, Bobby Riggs, has been drawn for the United States national professional tennis championships beginning on Monday. Top seedings ore Riggs, Budge, Kovacs, Perry, van Horn, Sabin, Faunce and Jossie, all of the Pacific Coast.
