ARMY BOOBY TRAPS STOLEN
( p.A.) WELLINGTON. This Day. Within the last few days 20 booby trails have been stolen from the magazine at Trentham military camp.
It is believed that the theft is the work of children. The booby traps are dangerous, being fitted with a hinged lid attached by a wire to a detonator. Warnings have been circulated throughout the Wellington district.
The booby traps ore about Hie size of a ” matchbox and are painted a dull green.
