Dr Doris Gordon Visits Northland
, The Director of Maternal Welfare (Dr Doris Gordon) is visiting Northland in connection with the proposals for the establishment of an obstetrical and gynaecological school for post graduates at Auckland. At Whangarei this afternoon Dr Gordon met the Mayor and Mayoress (Mr and Mrs W. Jones), later attending an informal meeting at the Whangarei Women’s Club. Dr Gordon, who i.-; staying at the Settlers' Hotel, will leave for Kailcohe tomorrow morning.
