Small Nations To Share In Peace Treaties?
(Rec. 10.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, Mar. 14. Mr Robert Murphy (America) urged the Foreign Ministers’ deputies for Germany to give a share in making the peace treaties to the smaller nations, including those which declared. but did not fight the war. He specifically mentioned Mexico. M. Vyshinsky (Russia) appeared to take a favourable view of a French proposal to form a consultative body of small nations. He is reported to have urged that such a body should consist of representatives of 19 nations, including the Dominions and Albania.
