American Service To Be Used In Table Tennis
(Rec. 1 p.m.) PARIS, Mar. 7. Delegates to the annual meeting of the International Table Tennis Federation decided to adopt the American “open-hand" service for all future international competitions. The ball henceforth must be transferred to the racquet from an open the ball with their lingers before the hand, barring players from spinning service stroke.
