Marking Graves On Burma-Siam Line
(Rec. 1.0 p.m.i LONDON, Mar. 7. A member of the Imperial War Graves Commission, Air Chief Marshal Sir Arthur Longmore, who has been inspecting war cemeteries in the Far East, revealed in a report that 12,000 of 14,000 war prisoners who died while constructing the notorious Burma-Siam railway have been traced and buried with a white cross to mark the scene of their sacrifice.
