Kaitaia Riflemen Succeed At Trentham
The members of the Kaitaia Rifle Club team, comprising Messrs C. Bowman, F. Funds, H .Rowe, S. Christensen and D. Waddell, which represented the local club at National Rifle Association's Victory Rifle Meeting at Trentham, have good reason to be satisfied with their performances. Both as a team and individually they did well in competition with nearly 300 crack riflemen from all parts of the Dominion. All rrfembers of the Kaitaia team were pleased io see the success of the president of the Whangarei Club (Mi G. Neville), who qualified for the final 50 in both the service championship and the King's Prize match.
