! CREAM HORNS FOR THE PARTY j You can easily make delicious cream, |or mock cream, horns with Fether- ! Flake Puff Pastry. You buy it ready j mixed, then just roll and bake, j First make some cornets with stiff j paper. Then roll the Fether-Flake out j thin and cut in strips an inch wide. ! Wind the strips round the paper shapes j and damp the edges to join the pastry. ; Bake in a hot oven till light brown, j then remove the paper shapes. Finish baking for 5 minuses in a cooler place. Let the pastry horns get quite cold, then put in some jam and top with cream filling, flavoured and sweetened. Dredge with icing sugar. Fether-Flake is freshly made by Adams Bruce only, and sold straight from the refrigerator. Allow FetherFlake to stand a while before using.
