Auckland Leads Frostbite Confess
(Special) AUCKLAND, This Day. Auckland leads in the national Frostbite yachting championship. S. Mason, representing the leaders, won the third race yesterday from Tauranga and Manukau. The fourth race went to Manukau by two seconds from Tauranga, with Whangarei third. and Auckland fourth. Points scored to date are:
Auckland. 1340; Manukau, 956; Christchurch, 620; Tauranga, 573; Whangarei,- 352; Napier, 153; Hamilton, 52; Awanui, 46; Rotorua, 20.
' An "armchair critics” race was won by Mr J. J. McKay, chairman of the Auckland Yacht and Motor Boat Association. E. R. K. Wilkinson, of Whangarei, was second.
