Inquest Verdict

A verdict that death had been due to acute myocardial failure brought on by unusual strain in carrying materials to work, was returned by the Whangarei district coroner (Mr G. H. Morrish) in concluding an inquest today into the death of Mr Charles Keyte. Evidence was given by Constable N. C. L. Smith that he was satisfied death was due to natural causps. The coroner commended Mrs M. J. Stead, at whose house Mr Keyte's sudden death occurred, on acting promptly when he became ill.
