N.Z. Men In Air Grew

(Spec.. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 21. Three New Zealanders were in the Transport Command's Lancastrian which flew the Under-Secretary for Air (Mr de Freitas) to Japan. They were Flight Lieutenants C. D. Milne. North Canterbury, who was captain; K. B. Smith, Otaki, who was second pilot and L. A. R. Hill. Havelock North, who was navigator.
