GARMENTS. —By order of the Ministry of Supply British warehouses are to release 3,000,000 garments, most of them coupon free, which are no longer required by the Services. They are men's and women's underclothes, chiefly stamped with Government labels, mainly the letters W and D, with a broad arrow between them. 4 ‘
