SEVEN DAYS FROM LONDON
An air mail letter was delivered in Whangarei yesterday seven days after being posted in London. The communication was received by Mr J. P. Woods, but actually it was addressed to Mr Woods’ son, Flying Officer I. S. Woods, of the R.N.Z.A.F., who is still in England. The envelope contained Christmas greetings from one of Flying Officer Woods’ London friends.
