Child Dies After Injury When Firearm Discharged
(Special) HAMLTON, This Day. The death occurred in the Waikato Hospital early yesterday morning of Geoffrey Richard Kenah, aged five, son of Mr. G. P. Kenah, of Raglan, who was wounded in the chest as the result of the accidental discharge of a firearm yesterday. The boy and his two brothers, aged nine and six, were together when a pea-rifle discharged and the youngest boy was wounded. He was taken to the Waikato Hospital. An inquest was opened this afternoon and adjourned.
