Nazi Annexation Plans
(Rec. 1.15 p.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 4. American army investigators discovered conclusive evidence that Germany intended to annex France, Belgium, Holland and Luxemburg in the form of an original draft order to field commanders, dated May 9. 1940. and signed by Hitler. The order warned commanders that they must carry out military government functions in such fashion as would not reveal the contemplated annexation of occupied territories.
