Women Shorn Like Sheep For Hair Supply
(Rec. 11.30 a.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 4 Two German women S.S. Guards, captured today, admitted that at the notorious Ravensbruck concentration camp, near Berlin, women were sheared like sheep to supply hair tor German war industry. They admitted that 200,000 women and children, mostly Jewesses, were killed ‘at Ravensbruck. Women were periodically herded into the shearing ’room, where their heads were cropped, As soon as new hair grew they were returned to the shearing room.
