Kensington Croquet Club
The closing day ceremony at the Kensington Croquet Club, held In the pavilion, was attended by a large number of members and friends. The president (Mrs. L. Nisbet), on behalf of members, made the presentation of a beautiful hanging mirror to the secretary (Mrs. A. Snow), in appreciation of her services to the Nub, and,-in doing so, spoke in eulogistic terms of Mrs. Snow’s activities as secretary. The presentation of a ..bouquet to the president was made by the vice-presi-dent (Mrs. May). Afternoon tea was served. Trophies won during the season were presented by the president to the Winners as under: A championship, Mrs. Smeaton; B championship, Mrs. May; C championship, Mrs. McLean; first year championship, Mrs. Morgan; Hayward cup, Mrs. Simons; Hayward cup runnerup. Mrs. Nisbet; A and B. combine, Mrs. Calder and Mrs. Hoey,
