Whangarei 15th In R.S.A Membership

The membership list of the New Zealand Returned Services Association tc the end of January reveals that the Whangarei association is 15th out ot 95 branches with a total of 692 financial members, 'including 153 returned from the present war. The Dominion total now exceeds 50,000. In taking 15th place on the list Whangarei is ahead of one city and one member less than another city. Badge date attachments fj>r 1944-45 are now available, the colour for the new season being black. Advice was received at the meeting of the Whangarei executive this week that the stock brand it had proposed had been adopted by the Dominion executive. He also reported having issued Poppy Day emblems to 60 schools in the district. An invitation from the Rev. G.
