Satisfactory Season For Lawn Tennis Club

Army Tennis Club’s Request Preliminary steps had been taken by Area No. 3 Headquarters to form an Army Tennis Club, available to mobilised servicemen and servicewomen of units in and adjacent to Whangarei, wrote SecondLieutenant D. Ross in a letter to the club. He requested that terms for the lease of courts should be discussed and that a committee to approach the Army Tennis Club concerning details be formed.
