Aid For French National Committee Arranged
(8.0. W.) RUGBY, September 26. Mr. Robert Murphy, personal representative of President Roosevelt in North Africa, and M. Massigli and M. Bonnet, for the French National Committee, this afternoon signed a provisional modus vivendi agreement for lending reciprocal aid for the prosecution of the war, states an Algiers correspondent. Military supplies are to he furnished by the United States, and the French authorities will pay for civilian supplies cn a basis of prices to be agreed upon.
