A Washington message states that President Roosevelt has announced the creation of an office for foreign economic administration to centralise activities formerly carried out by officers of Lend-Lease administration, foreign relief and rehabilitation, and economic warfare. The Director for Economic Warfare (Mr. Leo T. Crowley) will become Foreign Economic Administrator. ,
