Jap. Navy Loses Second Commander-In-Chief
(11.45 a.mb CHUNGKING, Aug. 24. Admiral Mineichi Koga, who succeeded the late Admiral Yamamoto as commander-in-chief of the Japanese navy, was killed in the South-west Pacific last month by Allied bombing, states the Chinese central news agency. Koga is believed to have died aboard a flagship in the New IrelandNew Britain area.
