Tire powers of the Minister for Broadcasting are extended to enable him to take steps to develop and improve the potential broadcasting talent of New Zealand. Another clause, dealing with broadcasting, repeal's existing provisions relating to the service and appointment of a controllei to carry it on independently of the Director tor Broadcasting. The existing commercial service is to be continued, but ir will, in future, he a division ol the* National Broadcasting Service. <
