OBITUARY
CP.A.) WELLINGTON. This Day. The death occurred suddenly at Wellington this morning of Mr. William Duncan, aged 60, for some years past member of the City Council. He was formerly a well-known businessman. For many years he was actively interested in administration affairs of Association football, also activities of the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club.
