No Haven For War Criminals In Turkey
(Rec 11 am) LONDON, August 21. Turkey'" has replied to British and American and Russian notes warning neutral countries against harbouring war criminals, says an Ankara message. The text of the reply has not been released, but Turkey is believed to have said that she was not prepared to surrender rights under international law. However, she gave an assurance that war criminals would not find a haven in Turkey.
