Fatality Follows Gelignite Explosion
(PA.) BLENHEIM. This Day. Lance-Corporal Charles William McMillan, who had a foot blown off by an explosion of a plug of gelignite at a military camp on Wednesday evening, died yesterday in Wairau Hospital. The police ' are investigating the circumstances of the incident. Deceased, aged 58. was a veteran of the Great War.
