British-Soviet Unionists
LONDON, July 23. A joint declaration lias been drawn up, embodying basic principles of co-operation between British and Russian trade unions. The declaration is the result of negotiations lasting for months, and has now been completed by the British trade union delegation, headed by the secretary of the Trade Union Congress (Sir Waller Citrine), who is at present in Moscow; and a Soviet delegation headed by M. .Schvevnik. head of the Soviet trade unions.
