Australian Envoy Not Returning To Russia
(Rec. 12.30 p.m.) CANBERRA, This Day, The Australian Minister to Russia (Mr. W. Slater), who recently returned home because of ill-health, has resigned. No successor will be appointed until after the Federal election. Extreme cold and _* lack of suitable diet forced Mr. Slater to return from Russia. '
