Kaikohe Plunket Society Meets

KAIKOHE, This Day. In the absence of the president (Mrs. H. F. Guy), Mrs. T. Johnson presided over the June meeting of the Plunket Society, Northland branch, held in Mrs. A. Borrows’ residence, Kaikohe. Nurse Thom reported as follows—Visits to rooms: Kaikohe, 33 adults, 23 babies, 24 pre-school children; outstations, 94 adults, 74 babies, 43 pre-school children. Visits to homes; Kaikohe two, outstations 30. New cases: Kaikohe one, outstations nine. Cases now under supervision: Kaikohe, 40 babies, 35 pre-school children; outstations, 202 babies, 201 pre-school children. Reports from sub-branches were received and read from Kawakawa, Kaeo, Kerikeri, Kohukohu, Broadwood, Ohaeawai and Okaihau. Subscriptions were acknowledged from the following: Mr. and Mi’s. W. Shaw, Mr. and Mrs. V. Cracknell, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Thorpe, Mrs. J. Crawley and Mrs. A. Borrows.'
