Control Of Rubber
(Rec. 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY. Dec.lo. The Minister for Supply (Mr Duncan), has informed the House cf Commons that in view cf the complexity of the measures necessilated by the shortage of crude rubber and the change over.to synthetic, he thought it necessary to strengthen rubber control. Mr Eric Goe-Brown. ViceChairman of the Southern Railways, would bi'come Rubber Controller.
