Owhiwa School Concert
A successful Christmas concert was given by the pupils of the Owhiwa School. The programme consisted of songs, folk dances and two plays. “The Bunnies’ Party” and “The Pied Piper.” All items were creditably performed by the scholars. During the interval prizes and Christmas gifts were presented bv the head-teacher (Mrs. E. Powell). Afternoon tea was served and the singing of the National Anthem brought a very pleasant afternoon to a close.
