Motorists Fined For Traffic Breaches

Charged with not having sufficient lights, no driver's license and no warrant of fitness, Norman Clifford Providence Jull was fined £2 with costs on the first charge, £1 with costs on the second, and 10/- with costs on the third. Failure to dip headlights in a headlight restriction area cost Neville Douglas McInnes £2 with costs, while for not having a driver's license he was fined £1 with costs and for not having a warrant of fitness 10/- with costs. Fines of £1 with costs and 10/- with costs for not having a driver’s license and a warrant of fitness were imposed on William Henry Gwyn. while for not having warrants of fitness Victor Granich and Cyril Alfred Harrison (Mr. Ross) were each fined 12/6 with costs, and Stanley Erroll Fransham 5/- with costs.
