Medical Board At Kaitaia

At a sitting of the medical board' in Kaitaia last Friday, 46 men were examined for military service. The physical standard of the men was satisfactory, 22 of them being classed as grade 1. The remainder were graded as follows: Grade 2, seven men; grade 3, eight; and grade 4, five. Four of those examined are to receive medical treatment before entering camp. At the last sitting of the board at Kaeo, the results were also very good, 13 men being passed as grade 1, three placed in grade 2, two in grade 4, and medical treatment is to be given to three men. There were no grade 3 groupings out of the total of 21 examined.
