Bulgaria On Brink
(Rec. 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 23. The Moscow radio broadcasts an Istanbul report that warlike preparations are increasing in Bulgaria, where mobilisation is expected at any moment. German control over Burgas and Varna, ports on the Black Sea, is complete. Large numbers of German seamen are arriving.
