Duststorm Stays N. African Armies
[British Official Wireless] (Rec. 11 a.m.) RUGBY, Nov. 17. A Cairo communique states that at Tobruk and in the frontier area a heavy dust storm yesterday interfered with all activities both in the air and on the ground. A Cairo Press message states that the Polish Prime Minister (General Sikorsky) has visited Tobruk and inspected the Polish and other troops forming the garrison there.
