Germans Discuss Battle Of Atlantic

(Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 14. Official circles in Berlin are attaching much importance to the Battle of the Atlantic in talks with neutral correspondents. The Berlin correspondent of the Swiss newspaper “Neue Zurcher Zeitung" quotes the German military spokesman as saying that the Battle of the Atlantic is of decisive importance tc the outcome of the war against Britain. He was sure Germany would win, but certain difficulties were prolonging the battle.
