To Facilitate British Lease-Lend Buying
NEW YORK. Nov. 13. Machinery under the Lease-Lend Act is likely to be changed to facilitate British purchases throughout the world without the need for dollar exchange, says the Washington correspondent of the "Journal of Commerce." The cost will be charged to Britain’s Lease-Lend account in the United States and secured by British assets in the Western Hemisphere.
