Asks For Speedy Withdrawal Of British From Iceland
(Rec. 1 p.m.) LONDON, July 13. The United Press correspondent at Washington says the Senate Naval Committee has agreed to urge Mr. Roosevelt to ask for the speedy withdrawal of British troops from Iceland, lest a German attack on the British endanger American lives.
