[Special to "Northern Advocate”! AUCKLAND, This Day. Youths of 18 years who are other than Grade 1 are not to be posted to the Territorial Force or sent to camp for training, according to an instruction issued by the Army Department. The instruction also indicates that those in the same age group are not to undergo X-ray examination if they have been classed medically as Grade la or Grade 2, On reaching their 19tb birthday those who did not reach the highest medical standard will be required to undergo a further medical test, provided this has not been carried out within the previous six months and also submit to the X-ray examination. On the result of the final medical grading will depend whether they are to be called for Territorial service. The first of the 18-year-olds are expected to enter Territorial camps on August 1. !
