Mr. H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to the “Advocate” at noon today:— Overcast with intermittent rain. Mild temperatures. Northerly to north-easterly winds, light to moderate, backing to west. Seas fairly rough on the east coast, otherwise moderate. Further outlook: An improvement tomorrow.
