[British Official Wireless! (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, May 27. A Cairo communique says that there is nothing of importance To report in Tobruk. Vigorous patrolling is continuing in the Solium area, where our artillery is also active. Prisoners taken at Soddu, in Abyssinia, number many thousands, including General Liberati, commanding the 25th division. The result of the fighting in this area is that four Italian divisions have ceased to exist.

A number of enemy aircraft approached Malta yesterday and made a machine-gun attack on the aerodrome at Kalo. Several enemy aircraft were damaged by anti-aircraft fire.
