Mr. H. M. Vincent supplied the following special forecast to the “Advocate” at noon today:— Cloudy to overcast. Mild temperatures with scattered rainfall developing. Northerly to north-easterly winds, moderate to strong. Seas fairly rough on the East Coast. Further Outlook : Rain developing from the north.
