Death Of Aged Maori At Herekino
Wiremu Mete, a Maori, aged 85, died suddenly at Herekino on Friday morning. He was an old-age pensioner and was staying with Shepherd Waipuri at Manakau. Between 9.30 and 10 a.m. he got ready to go down to the township to collect his pension, but on going outside collapsed.
