Iraq’s Regent Returns
(Rec. 2 p.m) LONDON, May 23. The Emir Abdul Illah, Regent of Iraq, has arrived in Iraq, and is making preparations for the formation of a Government. Official London circles point out that while military operations continue, the process of making arrangements to restore constitutional Government to the country must proceed slowly.
