An Appeal Refused
(Rec. noon). TOKIO, May 23. The Supreme Court refused the appeal of the British Navy, on behalf of Lieut. Vincent Peters, for mitigation of a sentence of five years’ imprisonment imposed in the Osaka Appellate Court in July, 1938, on a charge of violation of the military secret protection law.
